Juha Meronen
Member care
Juha is responsible for Blyk’s member care. He has been developing and setting up service related processes since 1997. Before joining the Blyk team, Juha was business consultant at Accenture’s Worldwide Services Organization. During his nine years in consulting Juha covered a variety of areas including customer care, service management and business process development. Just a few examples of his successful service centre setups include a customer care centre in Singapore and Accenture delivery centre in Latvia. Juha studied economics at the University of Helsinki. He holds a master’s degree in international trade with bachelors in statistics and mathematics. Playing with his children, photographing, running, orienteering and skiing are some of the things he likes to do in his free time.
