Turkka Oksanen
Operations
Turkka is responsible for operational services at Blyk. He has over twenty years’ experience of building up and managing ICT technology ventures. Turkka moved to Blyk from Innofinance, a venture capital company focusing on early stage technology ventures, where he was an investment director and partner. Prior to his time at Innofinance, Turkka was a co-founder and executive vice president of Zed, company that has grown to be a world-leading provider of value-added mobile services, operating today in 31 countries. Earlier Turkka had a long career at Sonera, where he developed and managed internet and online businesses for the company. Turkka has a M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications and Software Technology from Helsinki University of Technology.
